Nevertheless, their interest value or scarcity means they're worth listing here - as far as I know some are not included on any other Internet site. Original US stereo 2LP set, Columbia KG 31120, 17 Nov 1971.

The front, rear and inner gatefold pictures are from the Concert For Bangladesh, Madison Square Garden, New York, 1 Aug 1971, for the Apple soundtrack album see 1972. The front and inside pictures are photographs by Barry Feinstein, the rear picture is a still from the Apple film The Concert For Bangladesh, see VHS & DVD 1970s.

Gord Pugh has a copy of the LP release where the catalogue number on the cover is PG 31120 but the discs are still KG 31120. It has a sticker on the top right with the words "CONTAINS 2 RECORDS/ CONTIENT 2 DISQUES/ SPECIAL LOW PRICE". This is a Canadian re-release that used the original records in a reprinted cover.

The album was released in Holland in 1987 with the same title and tracklist.

These Japanese releases have the same track list and cover artwork as the US release.

The first release, CBS/Sony SONP 50450-51, has a card orange and white side obi with black and white text, showing price ¥3,600. The records have orange/cream CBS/Sony labels.

The second release, CBS/Sony 40AP 282-3, was released in 1976, first with a blue side obi of 8cm, then with a blue side obi of 6.5cm, and then later that year with a red side obi. All three obis had price ¥4,000. It had an 8-page booklet. The records in the three versions have the same CBS/Sony record labels - black/white for the promo release and orange/cream for the commercial release. They have stamped matrix numbers: Record 1 - 40 AP-282A2/B2, Record 2 - 40 AP-283A2/B3.

This rare release has red CBS labels with 3 CBS logos stereo, and stamped matrix numbers A/BL-31121/2  F 613/685/615/6.

There is no country of origin on the label or the cover.

Sony SRCS 9009-10 (1997) came in a slimline 2CD jewel case with unusual packaging. As well as the normal side obi, it had an outer card box with a second card bottom obi in red with white text promoting the reissue series. Copies which are today offered for sale without the outer packaging should be avoided! The side obi is black with yellow and white text in the "Nice Price Line 56" series with price ¥3,000. This release had a folded insert containing a 24-page booklet.

Sony Music SRCS 9482-3 (1999) came again in an old-style double-width 2CD jewel case with a black side "Nice Price" obi with red and white text and price ¥2,625. This release again had a 24-page booklet. The commercial copy shown is still sealed.

The front sticker, different from the ones on the 2004 Japanese releases in card sleeves, advertises the free six-track CD Bob Dylan Live At Carnegie Hall 1963 (see 2005). In Japan this can only be obtained in exchange for five tokens, one from each of the following newly-released albums:
