"He found a promoter who nearly fell off the floor."
Bob Dylan, "Highway 61 Revisited", 1965

Revised 06 March, 2008.
This section of stereo promotional releases is in four parts. Albums that were released exclusively as promotional items are now listed here on the new Promotional Albums Dylan and Promotional Albums Various Artists pages with radio station albums listed separately on the Radio Station Albums pages. Singles that were released exclusively as promotional items are now listed here on the new Promotional Singles pages. Promotional releases of albums and singles that were released commercially are on the appropriate page of International Stereo Releases. There is also a link here to the page for international 7" generic single sleeves - the value of a Dylan 7" single to a serious collector is considerably enhanced if it is in the correct sleeve for its time period, and not in a plain or incorrect sleeve (often promo singles have unique generic sleeves)!
For Mono album and single releases, see here.

These albums and singles do not contain rarities or obscurities and are not eligible for the Searching For A Gem list. Nevertheless, the interest value or scarcity of these items means they're worth listing here - as far as I know some are not included on any other Internet site. Thanks to Hans Seegers for all the exclusive CBS Japanese releases, etc.!
These pages are still incomplete. If you have any entries to add to the list or additions/corrections to
existing entries, please let me know!
Please note I cannot value your Dylan rarities -
see the Mission page for reasons why. Contact the
dealers on my Trading page for assistance!

Since 18 Jun 2002 you are Visitor No.
(That was when I started using a new counter - I estimate that around 700,000 people previously visited the site since its set-up in mid-1998.)
