This new page collects song performances from regular Dylan albums on VHS video and DVD included in films in the1990s (I'm ignoring any editing or talking over them). I would be grateful for any additional information on these items and other material to place here. Films are listed by date of original appearance (in theatres or on TV), not when the VHS video or DVD came out, often some years later. has only been included in one of the several soundtrack albums that have
been released, examples of which are shown left and right. The set that

This film directed by Abe Ferrera and starring Harvey Keitel and Madonna, has Bob's version of Blue Moon from Self Portrait playing over the closing credits. As far as I know, no soundtrack album has been released.

This film directed by Richard Linklater includes Hurricane
from Desire. There are two soundtrack albums, but neither of them
includes the Dylan track. It can also be bought as a "Ultimate Party
Collection" double with "Fast Times At Ridgmont High" and as a "Combo Pack"

Louanne Johnson, stars Michelle Pfeifer as an ex-Marine who takes a job as

Bringing It All Back Home, although it's

This early film by Michael Moore includes The Times They Are A-Changin'
from the album of the same name, however I now know it's sung by Michael
Moore, not Bob.
The editions shown are from 2004, released after the success of Michael
Moore's films Bowling For Columbine and Fahrenheit 9/11. There

I previously misreported that one episode in this series contains Gotta Serve Somebody, the album
track from Slow Train Coming. In fact it was episode 24 from Season
2, for the DVD/VHS boxed set The Sopranos - The Complete Second Season

Dylan Album Tracks - 2000s Part 1. This set has no Dylan content. The first Sopranos soundtrack album in 1999 did contain this song, see International Album Releases (Various Artists Compilations). The third Sopranos soundtrack album includes an exclusive cover by Bob Dylan, Return To Me, see 2001. This film stars Diane Lane and Viggo Mortensen (Aragorn in "Lord Of The
Rings"). It includes Subterranean Homesick Blues from
Bringing It All Back Home, but the song
