This was in the "old-style" double-width jewel case. A 3LP vinyl version was released in Europe only.

For VHS and laserdisc releases of the concert, see VHS & DVD 1990s Part 1. Bob's solo performance of Song To Woody was omitted from the album

This Columbia 3LP set was manufactured in Holland for Europe-wide release (except Spain, which had a separate CBS/Sony release, see below). It has a single wide outer sleeve into which all three records fit. The records have red Columbia labels and were made in Holland. They have picture inner sleeves with detailed credits on one side and a different full sleeve photo on the other side. Gerd Rundel's copy has a sticker on the rear sleeve over the barcode with a new number "7464-53230-1". As "53230" is the American catalogue number it's possible this set was intended to be exported to the USA. Gerd's records have stamped matrix numbers: Side A - 01 474000 20 1A1, Side B - 01 474000 20 1B1, Side C - 01 474000 20 1C1, Side D - 01 474000 20 1D1, Side E - 01 474000 20 1E1, Side F - 01 474000 20 1F1.

Columbia 474000 1 (Holland for Europe) - detail of rear with Greek sticker, photo by Carl Torstensson

Carl Torstensson has a copy that was exported to Greece with a Greek sticker on the rear sleeve. The text translates as "Free Sample N. 1642/86". Hans Seegers thinks this copy was one of several distributed to radio stations by Columbia Greece.

This set on the CBS/Sony label was manufactured in Spain - the sleeve was printed by Offset ALG S.A., Madrid, and the records were manufactured by Technodisco S.A., also Madrid. Gerd Rundel's copy has an inner sleeve for record 1 only, the front photo has a brownish tinge not present on the equivalent Dutch inner sleeve. The records have red CBS/Sony labels with stamped matrix numbers: Side 1- COL-474000-1-A, Side 2- COL-474000-1-B, Side 3- COL-474000-1-C, Side 4- COL-474000-1-D, Side 5 - COL-474000-1-E, Side 6- COL-474000-1-F.

This stereo cassette release is an official release from Saudi Arabia and was made by Stallion Records for Modern Electronics Establishment, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, licensed by Sony Music. It is for sale in GCC (Gulf Co-operation Council) countries only - Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman.

This item from Japan, also in a double-width jewel case, has a white obi with black, blue and dark red text. The obi has price ¥4,100 and two dates: "93-9-15" (15 Sep 1993) and in brackets "93-8-24" (24 Aug 1993, the US release date). The copy shown is a promo with a numbered promo sticker on the rear insert and Japanese characters indicating a promo on each CD in the clear centre. There is a 14-page fold-out leaflet in English and a 56-page booklet in English and Japanese.
